Citrus Defense

Ingredients: Green tea, dried coconut flakes, almond pieces, dried lemon peel, dried apple, dried blueberry, dried pomegranate, roasted chicory, dried hibiscus petals, dried rosehip, dried raspberry.

How to use: Place 1 tea bag in 8oz of boiling water for at least 10 minutes. For stronger tea, leave tea bag in for a longer time. Wait for tea to cool to a comfortable temperature before drinking.
